Design Challenge 

Design an engaging and cohesive event identity across media that announces our 2026 Senior Show. It must celebrate the Visual Arts and Graphic Design senior capstone work and experiences. The design must clearly inform viewers and capture the spirit of PLNU’s graduates.

Creative solution

My creative direction centers on the headline “Quality Guaranteed,” representing the idea that the Class of 2026 will consistently produce strong, reliable creative work. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Levi’s jean patch, I designed my own custom patch to highlight the Senior Show and reinforce the idea of craftsmanship and quality.

The familiar product-label aesthetic communicates trust and longevity, while the clean typography and classic imagery give the design a timeless feel. I also incorporated my interest in photography and fashion by photographing a folded pair of vintage Levi’s, adding a tactile, lifestyle element that strengthens the connection to craftsmanship and heritage.
